By following the easy steps outlined below, you’ll help us ensure your order is processed quickly and accurately. We’re looking forward to a serious, long-term relationship. To avoid issues, please take a minute or two to read through the store terms and policies. You wont find any fine print here. Everything is written in simple English so that regular people like us can understand the do’s and don’ts and thereby everyone is protected. Data Security and Privacy
We DO NOT collect or save any personal identifiable information on this site. The information you provide that is collected via Stripe and or PayPal is used securely ONLY by Stripe and PayPal alone to fulfill your specific checkout request. Joan A Brown Fine Arts & Services DOES NOT have direct access to or store your credit card information at any time.
Shop Safely and Securely with or without a Stripe or PayPal Merchants account.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment but we also accept Stripe. These merchants are safe and secure ways to make a payment. We accept payment in $US Dollars.
You may choose the PayPal or Stripe option during checkout. You are not required to sign up for an account with either of these merchants to pay for your order.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Stripe, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in any way that we can.
Interac e-mail money transfer is yet another easy option for you to pay for your items. With this method of payment all you need is a valid email address, online access to your bank account and Internet access. If you would prefer to pay using this option, use our contact form to send us a request for an alternate email address we use specifically for that. For security reason, we are not at liberty to divulge that address publicly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Feel free to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
Shipping & Handling
JABFAS will ship any available items to Canada and the United States using Canada Post. Packaging, and insurance are included in total Shipping charges for U.S. and Canadian buyers. Handling fees are not included and will be added to the total cost of the product.
When available, Canada and the U.S as well as selected international locations, click the “calculate shipping” button, select your country from the drop-down menu and click the “update totals” button. If this button is not visible it means we do not currently ship to that country.
Any ship-to locations not covered by the shipping calculator, may e-mail us for shipping quotes BEFORE checkout.
Items are wrapped in packing paper and shipped in either a cardboard box, or padded envelope depending on the size of the item. All Joan A Brown Fine Arts (JABFAS) Store packaging, including labels, packing paper, and shipping boxes are made from reused or recycled materials. A certificate of authenticity (COA) is included with all original artworks. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and outside of normal business hours will be processed within the next two (2) business days.
Seller is not responsible for the rate of transit or delays in mail delivery services, and should only be rated on aspects of shipping we can control such as handling time. International transactions, please allow extra time for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges – Buyer Satisfaction
Many items in our Store are used and as such are SOLD AS IS. We do our best to make clear what the items’ condition are in every item description, however, your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, if upon safely receiving the item, you are not completely happy with it, simply return it in its original condition at your own expense within 7 days of receipt and we will refund 100% of your payment (shipping & handling excluded). We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
Due to the nature of ‘Digital’ commerce and downloadable products we understandably have a no refund policy, since our eBooks and other digital downloads, once downloaded, cannot really be “returned”.
JABFAS has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy.
